👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role

Stable serves companies ranging from newly incorporated sole-proprietorships to the S&P 500, and we are hiring a Senior Demand Generation Marketer to drive growth through strategic planning and execution of impactful marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to own demand generation channels, optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to fuel Stable’s growth trajectory.

As a Senior Demand Generation Marketer, you will lead Stable’s paid digital ad spend and optimization while crafting and executing strategic plans across channels including direct mail, events, email, and more. Your expertise will help refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), enhance touchpoints, and create high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with the Sales team.

  • Be a strategic partner in driving demand: You will take full ownership of demand generation performance, identifying opportunities and executing campaigns that deliver measurable growth for the business. 
  • Collaborate to create tailored messaging:  Work closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop optimized messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics. 
  • Develop innovative ABM strategies: Collaborate with Sales to design and execute highly targeted campaigns for priority accounts, driving pipeline growth and accelerating deal cycles.

✅ What you'll do

  • Take ownership of Stable’s paid digital ad spend and optimization, managing channels to achieve growth and performance targets.
  • Build and execute strategic demand generation plans leveraging ads, direct mail, events, email, and other high-impact campaigns.
  • Refine and expand Stable’s ICP to ensure more relevant, effective touch points for prospects.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop messaging tailored to specific audience segments and campaign objectives.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Sales, targeting key accounts to drive pipeline growth.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and innovation.

✨ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid digital ad channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies, including ABM campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
